We are looking for a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Watchfire Signs LLC. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for attracting and hiring top talent to fill various roles within the company.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with HRIS systems, such as ADP, Peoplesoft, UKG, or Sage, and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Powerpoint. They will also have prior experience in customer service or a position requiring daily interaction with customers/employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen candidates using various methods, including social media, job boards, and referrals

  • Coordinate and facilitate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth interview process
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize recruitment efforts

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems
  • Prior experience in customer service or a position requiring daily interaction with customers/employees

The estimated salary for this role is $65,000-$85,000 per year, depending on experience. This figure is based on national averages for similar positions in the industry.
