Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition and Management Professional to join our team at Watchfire Signs LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting, selecting, and onboarding top talent to support our business growth.

Estimated Salary:

$75,000 - $100,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:Recruitment and Selection:
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates.
  • Evaluate candidate qualifications and make recommendations to hiring managers.
Onboarding and Employee Engagement:
  • Design and deliver onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to improve retention and productivity.
HR Systems and Processes:
  • Manage HR systems, including HRIS, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Develop and implement HR processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR operations.
