Job Summary:

  • We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Respiratory Therapist to join our team as a Clinical Care Specialist.
  • This is a 40-hour per week, 8-hour shift position that will require the individual to work independently and as part of a team to provide high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

  • To be responsible for assessing patient conditions, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapy protocols in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
  • To maintain accurate records of patient progress, therapy outcomes, and other relevant data.
  • To communicate effectively with patients, families, healthcare teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Respiratory Therapist.
  • An associate's degree in respiratory therapy or a related field.
  • Current licensure in the state of Pennsylvania.

Benefits

  • A competitive salary range of $75,000 - $85,000 per year based on experience.
