Key Responsibilities

As a Universal Banker I, you will:

  • Welcome and assist customers with their banking inquiries and needs.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service while facilitating the opening and closing of deposit and loan accounts.
  • Conduct interviews and process consumer and limited commercial loan applications.
  • Address customer questions regarding products and services, and resolve issues within your authority.
  • Refer complex problems to higher management with your recommendations.
  • Handle customer financial transactions, including deposits and loan payments, while ensuring compliance with Federal Regulatory guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and balance cash drawers and daily transactions.
  • Promote and cross-sell all bank services to enhance customer experience.
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • A two-year college degree, specialized certification, or relevant training.
  • Three to five years of related experience.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Proficiency in using Windows computers and 10-key calculators.
  • The capability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
