Contact Center Operations Manager

StubHub is seeking a highly skilled Ticket Delivery Solutions Specialist to join our Fulfilment Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of live event tickets from the seller to the buyer.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, with experience in managing teams and driving process improvements. You will be responsible for devising and implementing new training programs for the team, closely tracking key metrics, and designing solutions to solve business problems.

Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of fulfilment operational experts, including hiring and training where necessary
- Devise and implement new training programs for the team to improve execution and quality
- Closely track key metrics and understand how these relate to business goals
- Help design, implement, and validate new workflows from scratch to solve business problems
- Lead the performance and development review cycle for your team
- Proactively investigate issues and design solutions ranging from manual processes to product updates
- Interface directly with key stakeholders, including external partners and senior leadership
- 2+ years' experience in a managerial, analytical, or problem-solving role overseeing a team size of at least 5 team members
- Excellent people management skills, with experience managing a team of at least 5 team members
- Experience measuring performance and moving a metric
- Track record of building new processes and solving problems from scratch
- Proficiency with Excel strongly preferred
- Basic SQL experience or willingness to learn
