Job Title: LVN Charge Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate LVN Charge Nurse to join our team at Regency Integrated Health Services. As a Charge Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.

Job Summary:

The LVN Charge Nurse will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the nursing unit, including the implementation of care plans, medication administration, and resident assessments. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and experienced LVN to take on a leadership role and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans for residents
  • Administer medications as prescribed by physicians
  • Conduct regular resident assessments and document findings
  • Oversee the work of certified nursing assistants and ensure that care is delivered in accordance with facility policies and procedures
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence
Requirements:
  • Current LVN licensure in the state of Texas
  • Experience working in a skilled nursing facility
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
