We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Underwriter II/III to join our Healthcare Finance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for underwriting, analyzing, and structuring recommendations for healthcare portfolios. Your expertise will help us identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the success of our clients and the growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Underwrite and analyze new and existing healthcare accounts, identifying potential risks and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including credit management, operations, and closing, to ensure seamless transaction execution.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and market conditions, applying this knowledge to inform underwriting decisions.
- Assist with special projects, audits, and other ad-hoc duties as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as finance, accounting, or real estate, and 1-2 years of experience in commercial lending or credit analysis.
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with Argus software a plus.
- Experience underwriting construction loans and healthcare real estate a plus.
