  • Lead skilled labor teams on complex construction assignments.
  • Promote a culture of safety, accountability, productivity, and excellence.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a secure work environment and enforce stringent safety protocols.
  • Plan and implement construction projects to meet deadlines and budgetary constraints.
  • Provide innovative solutions to construction-related issues and manage costs effectively.
  • Track project timelines and deliverables, addressing any obstacles that arise.
  • Oversee workforce management, uphold company policies, and ensure adherence to contractual obligations.
  • Facilitate clear communication with all stakeholders and collaborate closely with project management teams.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in heavy civil construction in a supervisory role.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
  • Competent in basic computer applications such as MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong mathematical skills, including basic accounting, geometry, and algebra.
  • Willingness to work outdoors and navigate construction sites.
