We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as an Aesthetic Registered Nurse. As a key member of our medical aesthetics team, you will be responsible for providing safe and effective treatments to our clients, while also educating and recommending medical aesthetic services and products.
Responsibilities- Actively recommend, promote, and educate clients on medical aesthetic services and products
- Evaluate client suitability for treatments and ensure client safety and efficacy
- Annotate thorough and accurate documentation of client treatment records
- Provide world-class customer service to establish and maintain relationships with clients
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to achieve company and clinic goals
- Manage and drive sales, key initiatives, and partner with Clinic Manager to develop strategies to retain clients, improve service, and increase profitability
- Active (LPN/LVN, RN, NP/PA) license in the state for which the job exists, must be in good standing
- Proficient computer and tablet skills, including contemporary software applications (MS Office Suite, Salesforce, etc.)
- Ability to stand for up to 9 hours a day, visually assess client skin, and perform steady fine finger movements
- Exceptional teamwork skills, with the ability to work autonomously and contribute to a positive work climate
- Flexibility to work client-centered shifts, including some evening and weekend hours
