Key Responsibilities
* Organize technician days and optimize routes for maximum efficiency
* Build relationships with customers and respond to service leads
* Schedule appointments and confirm next-day bookings
* Order parts and coordinate logistics as needed
* Provide top-notch support to technicians while on the job site

Requirements
* Customer service experience preferred
* Ability to multitask and prioritize duties in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication skills and a 5-star customer service attitude
* High school diploma or equivalent required
