Robotics Maintenance Engineer

About the RoleWe are seeking highly skilled Robotics Maintenance Engineers to join our team in the Tennessee, Mississippi, Arkansas area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for setting up, installing, maintaining, and repairing our fleet of autonomous tractors across the country.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional service and customer support during field visits and remote interactions.
- Manage and perform all on-site installations, repair, maintenance, and testing of our autonomous tractors.
- Diagnose technical problems with the help of our engineering support team.
- Operate vehicles safely on customer sites and at all times.
- Follow strict safety guidelines when working around electrical equipment and batteries.
- Collaborate with the technical team to share information and best practices across the organization.
- Provide training to customers on setup, service, and repair of our autonomous tractors.
- Foster positive relationships with customers and communicate regularly with the Engineering team.
- A valid driver's license and good driving record.
- A technical degree or certification in electrical systems.
- US citizenship and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to travel extensively for installations throughout the country, with potential trips lasting up to 2-3 weeks.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $25.50-$35.00, based on experience and capabilities, as well as opportunities for growth and professional development in a dynamic and innovative environment.
