Position Summary:
The Service Porter plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless movement of service customer vehicles, enhancing overall customer satisfaction, and maintaining an organized service parking area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome all customers entering the service area with a positive and professional demeanor, addressing their inquiries and guiding them to the right personnel.
- Verify customer appointments, documenting essential details such as name, VIN, tag number, mileage, and any visible vehicle damage.
- Manage service traffic flow and assist with loaner vehicles as necessary, ensuring vehicles are parked promptly after service write-up.
- Drive vehicles safely and report any damage immediately, aiming for zero incidents.
- Retrieve customer vehicles for pick-up, expressing gratitude for their business.
- Install protective covers and tags in all vehicles brought in for service.
- Deliver keys and repair orders to the appropriate Service Advisor without delay.
- Keep the service drive area clean and safe, free from debris and hazards.
- Transport vehicles between service lanes, stalls, and parking areas as required.
- Create key tags for vehicles as needed.
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
- Perform additional duties as assigned and adhere to all safety policies, reporting any incidents to management.
Compensation: $18.00 per hour, based on experience. The pay scale for this position ranges from $15.50 to $18.00 per hour.

- Successful candidates must demonstrate the ability to perform essential duties effectively.
