Job OverviewCDR General Services LLC is seeking a skilled Powder Coater to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working with light and medium-grade sheet metal and tube steel.Key Responsibilities
  • Apply powder coating to various metal components with precision and consistency.
  • Monitor mil thickness during the powder application process to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Perform basic maintenance on powder coat guns to keep them in optimal condition.
  • Assist in cleaning parts and removing them from racks as needed.
  • Work efficiently in a batch production environment without the use of automated lines.
Requirements
  • Must have a driver's license.
  • Must be bilingual.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in powder coating, with knowledge of mil thickness monitoring.
  • Familiarity with basic powder coat gun maintenance.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions accurately.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Flexibility to assist in other tasks as required in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
Compensation and Schedule

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:30am – 2:45pm
