Physical Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our Outpatient team at ECHN. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our rehabilitation services.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients based on departmental standards to determine the most effective treatment plan.
- Conduct thorough evaluations and modify them as needed to establish individualized goals for each patient.
- Administer various therapeutic exercises and modalities to relieve pain and achieve established goals.
- Utilize effective techniques to assist patients in normalizing motor activity and learning.
- Document patient progress and adhere to departmental policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance treatment techniques and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with a minimum of a B.S.
- Current Connecticut license in Physical Therapy.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Personal computer skills and proficiency in Windows-based programs.
- Reliable transportation to travel between multiple work sites.
