Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at ECHN. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and providing physical therapy services to help patients achieve optimal health and function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients to determine the best course of treatment
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Provide physical therapy services, including exercises, modalities, and manual therapy
  • Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare team members
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and treatment plans
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Current licensure in Physical Therapy in the state of Connecticut
  • Certified Manual Lymph Drainage Therapist
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
