Job Description

We're seeking a Senior Manufacturing Supervisor to join our Cardiac Rhythm Management division in Minnetonka, MN. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of manufacturing professionals to achieve exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of manufacturing professionals to achieve exceptional results
  • Develop and implement production process excellence activities to improve efficiency and quality
  • Identify and execute continuous improvement opportunities in production processes
  • Supervise day-to-day operations of assigned area or workgroup to ensure organizational and objectives are met
  • Lead and/or participate on cross-functional teams to drive business results
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Minimum 5 years of manufacturing and/or operational experience
  • Ability to motivate, direct and provide technical knowledge and mentoring to staff
  • Ability to work on complex problems that require analysis of situations or data involving multiple competing factors
