Senior Manufacturing Supervisor

Abbott Laboratories is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manufacturing Supervisor to join our Cardiac Rhythm Management division in Minnetonka, MN. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with corporate and divisional policies, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and manage a team of production staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Develop and implement process excellence activities to improve productivity and quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address training needs.
- Ensure compliance with applicable EHS policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Manage production planning and execution to support business requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Minimum 5 years of manufacturing and/or operational experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and direct staff.
- Knowledge of manufacturing planning, documentation systems, GMP, and quality.
