Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Contracts Administrator to join our Contracts and Procurement Division at ENSCO, Inc. This is a hybrid opportunity that requires a strong understanding of U.S. Federal Acquisition Regulations and contract management principles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate requests for proposal or changes to contracts to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFARS).
  • Assist the Contracts Director with preparing, reviewing, and modifying contracts in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Work directly with the capture management team to develop the proposal response, review with senior management, and obtain necessary approvals.
  • Maintain excellent working relationships with customers and internal company functional groups.
  • Coordinate and interface with internal Contract and Program Management personnel, and Customer personnel on matters of a business and contractual nature.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent.
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience.
  • Broad knowledge of U.S. Federal Acquisition Regulations to include the DFAR.
  • Broad knowledge of different contract, solicitation, and agreement types.
  • Direct responsibility for the administration of contracts in support of U.S. Department of Defense and Federal agency programs.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
