About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Pre-K Teaching Assistant to join our team at Kaleidoscope Family Solutions ABA, Inc. As a key member of our center-based team, you will provide support to young children with autism, working one-on-one with them to implement specific treatment plans under the supervision of a clinician.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement treatment plans designed to address behavioral management, daily living, social, and community skills
  • Work collaboratively with clinicians to provide individualized support to children
  • Develop and maintain a safe and engaging learning environment
  • Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to ensure seamless transitions and progress
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
