Job Summary

We're seeking a Sales Associate to join our team at Torrid. As a Sales Associate, you'll provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers, making them feel comfortable, cared for, and confident. You'll be responsible for performing register functions, using your sales, promotion, and product knowledge to drive add-on sales, and maintaining a clean and inviting store environment. Key Responsibilities

* Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages positive customer connections and loyalty
* Perform register functions while using your sales, promotion, and product knowledge to drive add-on sales
* Maintain a clean and inviting store environment, including the sales floor and stockroom
* Assist in the organization of the stockroom and ensure all visual standards are met
* Work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends

Requirements

* Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while creating an amazing customer experience
* Fashion focus and staying on top of current trends
