Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and organize the kitchen and prep stations efficiently.
  • Cook and assemble dishes with precision and care.
  • Ensure the quality and freshness of all ingredients used.
  • Maintain a spotless workstation to uphold health and safety standards.
  • Assist with additional tasks as directed by the sous-chef or executive chef.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a high-end dining environment is essential.
  • Certification or degree in Culinary Arts or a related discipline.
  • Comprehensive understanding of culinary best practices and techniques.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently within a team.
  • Full availability, including weekends, is required.

We offer a competitive monthly incentive program, along with medical, dental, and vision insurance after a specified period of employment. Additionally, enjoy two weeks of paid vacation following your first year with us. Parking facilities are available for our staff.

Compensation will be based on experience.
