Substance Use Counselor

As a Counselor, you will be a key member of our cross-functional care team, working closely with prescribers, care navigators, peer recovery coaches, and office managers to provide holistic clinical care.

Responsibilities:

* Lead the treatment team and coordinate decisions about member treatment
* Manage a schedule and caseload that supports the needs of the office and region
* Collaborate with other team members to deliver a clinical service model
* Lead 2-3 group therapy sessions per week, building recovery skills and fostering community
* Document member progress and engage in community relations activities

Qualifications:

* Master's degree required
* Active behavioral health licensure preferred
