About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Evening Counselor to join our team at Hire Health. As a key member of our cross-functional care team, you will play a vital role in delivering comprehensive outpatient treatment for opioid addiction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead 2-3 group therapy sessions per week, building recovery skills and fostering community among our members.
  • Document members' progress using outcome measures and client feedback.
  • Proactively engage in community relations activities, promoting Groups and its mission.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement effective treatment plans.

Requirements:

  • Active behavioral health licensure, including ADC, AADC, LPC, LICSW, and associate level status.
  • High comfort level with technology, including EMR, Telehealth software, and Google products.
  • Compassion, collaboration, and commitment to quality care.
