Job Title: Lead Installer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Installer to join our team at Pyramid Heating and Cooling. As a Lead Installer, you will be responsible for supervising and organizing the setup of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train installation crews to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to company standards.
  • Oversee the introduction of new HVAC systems and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with the installation team to identify and resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of installation crew members.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and provide feedback to the installation team.
Requirements:
  • 3 years of residential and light commercial installation experience.
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
  • Universal or Type 2 EPA certification.
  • Experience training apprentices and supporting install teams.
  • Possess own hand tools.
  • Able to lift up to 51 pounds unassisted.
  • Able to clearly communicate both verbally and in writing.
