Lead Bartender

Drury Hotels Company, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Bartender to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the daily operations of the hotel bar, including inventory management, staff supervision, and customer service.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative cocktails and menus that meet the needs of our guests.
- Ensure that all bar areas are clean, well-organized, and meet company standards.
- Provide training and guidance to junior staff members to ensure they meet company expectations.
- At least 2 years of experience in a bartending or hospitality management role.
- Proven track record of success in increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
