Role Summary: We are in search of a skilled and meticulous individual to fill the position of Front of House Events Manager. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic settings, possesses strong organizational skills, and is passionate about food and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and confirm Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and review venue documentation.
• Plan and oversee event setups while directing front-of-house staff.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during events.
• Supervise the breakdown of events and cultivate strong relationships with vendors.
• Lead team meetings and engage in weekly strategic discussions.
• Organize storage for event materials.

Qualifications:
• Demonstrated management experience with excellent organizational capabilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to both receive and provide constructive feedback.
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs. and flexibility in scheduling.
• Open availability from Wednesday to Sunday with a two-week notice for new events.

Preferred Experience:
• Background in managing teams within catering or restaurant environments.
• Experience in bartending or bar management is a plus.

Compensation: $23-27 per hour + tips

Schedule:
• Days off: Mondays and Tuesdays.
• Required open availability from Wednesday through Sunday.
