Position Details: This is a hybrid role that includes remote case management with travel required for home therapy visits. Temporary or provisional licensure is acceptable, and we actively support your journey towards obtaining clinical licensure.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree from an accredited institution in a licensable field such as Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related area.
- Licensure as a Social Worker, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Professional Counselor. Acceptable licenses include LMFT, LCMFT, LMLP, LCP, LPC, LCPC, LP, LMSW, LSCSW.
- Preferred: 2 years of relevant full-time experience or internships with delinquent populations, including individual, group, or family counseling.
- Preferred: Experience in in-home services and practical application of family therapies, cognitive behavioral techniques, and marital therapy.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and provide direct clinical treatment in accordance with Functional Family Therapy principles.
- Document treatment efforts clearly to meet contract requirements and company policies.
- Provide weekly one-hour home-based family therapy sessions for families with adolescents aged 10 to 17, maintaining a caseload of 10-12 families over an average of 12 weeks.
- Engage primary caregivers and key participants in treatment, identifying and addressing barriers to engagement.
- Develop individualized service plans in collaboration with youth and families.
