Job Title: Clinical Therapist - Functional Family Therapy

Job Summary:

Eckerd Connects is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Therapist to join our team in Wichita, Topeka, and Pittsburg areas. As a Clinical Therapist, you will be responsible for conducting assessments and providing direct clinical treatment using the Functional Family Therapy (FFT) model.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and provide direct clinical treatment using the FFT model
  • Develop and implement individualized service plans for youth and families
  • Engage primary caregivers and other key participants in active change-oriented treatment
  • Implement a problem conceptualization, treatment planning, intervention implementation, and outcome review and strategy revision procedure using the FFT Analytic Process
  • Ensure involvement of youth and family in the plan development

Requirements:

  • Master's degree from an accredited College or University in a licensable academy field such as Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related subject area
  • Licensure as a Social Worker, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Professional Counselor
  • Preferred 2 years of applicable full-time work or intern experiences with delinquency population, including individual, group or family counseling
  • Preferred at least 2 years of in-home service with implementation of interventions within or between systems, direct use of pragmatic family therapies, individual therapy using cognitive behavioral techniques, and/or marital therapy
  • Previous experience with FFT is also preferred
