Family Preservation Services Program Overview

As a Licensed Therapist with TFI Family Services, Inc., you will be responsible for providing trauma-informed therapy to support children and families, with a focus on self-regulation, communication, and problem-solving.

This role involves working in-home, guiding families towards safe and stable environments to strengthen family units and ensure children can remain in their homes safely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing individual and family therapy in home, school, and community settings
  • Collaborating with public/private agencies and community partners
  • Supporting families in crisis with 24-hour on-call rotation and interventions
  • Coordinating long-term service needs with Behavioral Health and other staff
  • Using technology to maintain electronic client files and data

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
  • BSRB licensure required (LMSW, LMLP, LMFT, LCP, LPC); 2+ years of experience working with children and families in behavioral/emotional support
