Job Summary

The Forklift Operator is responsible for receiving, staging, and shipping products in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Preparation: Prepare finished products for shipping to customers.
  • Quality Control: Adhere to performance standards in quality and quantity, checking for damages and accurate counts.
  • Warehouse Operations: Follow warehouse and shipping procedures, accurately record and store finished goods, and handle and record corrugated products from receipt to storage and production.
  • Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
Physical Demands

The physical demands of this role include standing, walking, reaching, and occasional climbing or balancing. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 lbs, frequently lift and/or move up to 30 lbs, and occasionally lift and/or move more than 50 lbs.

Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: General warehousing, manufacturing, or distribution experience, with a focus on forklift/clamp truck machinery.
  • Skills: Safety awareness, quality consciousness, and ability to work in a team environment.
