Clinical Care Coordinator

Showcasing clinical expertise as a full-time, day shift Registered Nurse in a supportive healthcare environment at the University of Kansas Health System St. Francis Campus.
- Responsibilities include coordination of patient care delivery, assessing patient needs, developing and prioritizing patient goals, evaluating care delivery, and continually revising the plan of care to meet the biological, emotional, psychosocial, spiritual, developmental, and educational needs of the patient.
- A 2-Year Degree is required, with current Kansas RN Licensure, BLS certification upon hire, and telemetry, ICU and PCU need ACLS and Post Surg needs Chemo certification completed within the first year of employment.
