Sanmina Corporation is a leading integrated manufacturing solutions provider serving the fastest growing segments of the global Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) market. As a Quality Assurance Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Perform product inspection and/or audits of quality control programs to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Conduct packaging line and manufacturing inspections, and sampling and testing of incoming components and raw materials.
- Responsible for providing immediate quality feedback to production teams while running the line.
- Responsible for scanning findings in quality tool and performing First Articles (FA) inspections.
- Responsible for reading and interpreting work instructions, deviations, BOMs, travelers, and other relevant documentation.
- Able to assist other areas such as TLA inspection, Final QC, and Final Kit Audit Verification.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in SMT Quality Assurance Control/Inspection process per IPC-610 class 2,3 (PCBA and Mechanical components).
- Experience in feeder verification on and off line.
- Minimum knowledge in component ID, polarity verification, workmanship inspection, and part value verification using digital meters.
- Experience using microscopes, Ohm meters, manual and stationary magnifying glass.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer literacy.
