Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the development and release schedule for data products.
• Translate business requirements into detailed data, product specifications, and technical requirements.
• Define product requirements and work closely with engineering and design counterparts to bring products to life.
• Collaborate with data engineering, stakeholders, and platform teams to develop and launch data products.
• Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market needs, and business goals.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and impact.
• Regularly communicate product updates, strategic vision, and performance metrics to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 10+ years of Product Owner/Business Analyst experience in an Agile environment and minimum 5+ year experience with SQL programming or any other programming language.
• Prior success developing and bringing net new products to market.
• Strong understanding of the business intelligence market and related technologies.
• Experience with BI tools and data analytics, including data modeling, ETL processes, and SQL.
• Effective delegator with proven management of cross-functional teams without direct supervision.
• Ability to manage conflicting priorities and differentiate between distractions and roadblocks that can impact goals.
• Ability to drive consensus among stakeholders, manage expectations, and build strong relationships.
• Strong understanding of data technologies, integration, and architecture, including familiarity with cloud platforms and modern data platforms.
• Banking and Finance Domain experience, strongly preferred.
• Experience working with business intelligence or enterprise/corporate performance management applications supporting business customers, strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and execute responsibilities simultaneously.
• Ability to translate strategic directions and business objectives into goals.
• Experience running high-impact initiatives within the organization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
Additional Skills:
• Strong understanding of data technologies, integration, and architecture.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern data platforms.
• Experience working with business intelligence or enterprise/corporate performance management applications.
• Proven ability to lead and execute responsibilities simultaneously.
