Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Pharmacy Technician to join our team as a Specialty Pharmacy Liaison. In this role, you'll be the single point of contact for patients, assessing their needs and providing support with every refill, coordinating drug delivery, and addressing insurance and copay challenges.

You'll work closely with our clinical and pharmacy teams to ensure concerns are resolved quickly and efficiently. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and have a strong background in pharmacy operations, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and provide support with every refill
  • Coordinate drug delivery and address insurance and copay challenges
  • Work with clinical and pharmacy teams to resolve concerns
  • Provide exceptional patient care and support

Requirements
  • Two or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician
  • State pharmacy technician license or registration
  • Nationally certified as a CPhT or equivalent (preferred)
  • High school diploma or GED required
