Job OverviewAt Integrative Staffing Group, we are seeking a skilled Production Labor Specialist to join our team in Butler, PA. As a key member of our production crew, you will play a vital role in loading and unloading trucks, securing loads, and performing material handling tasks.

This is a temporary position with the potential to become permanent.

The hourly rate for this position is $17.50, which includes overtime pay.

We offer an exceptional benefits package, including medical insurance, dental, vision, and a 401K match.

To be successful in this role, you should have a High School Diploma or GED and pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in loading and unloading trucks.
  • Loading large glass panes onto trucks and secure loads.
  • Packing panes with cardboard cushions and securing with tape.
  • Material handling, moving large panes of glass by hand to load onto the cutting table.
  • Visual inspection of glass for defects daily.
  • Using tools such as tape measures.
