Job Description

At PNC Financial Services Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Relationship Banker to join our Retail Banking organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for acquiring and expanding share of wallet for mass affluent client segment and Business Banking opportunities under 1MM in sales revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactive lead generation and appointments conducted inside and outside of branch.
  • Deliver a differentiated client experience from acquisition through onboarding and servicing.
  • Manage and grow Business Banking relationships under 1MM in sales revenue.
  • Develop ecosystem leadership inside and outside of the branch as a COI.
  • Customer experience management and differentiation through advanced conversation skills.
Requirements:
  • Customer Focused - Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions.
  • Managing Risk - Assessing and effectively managing all of the risks associated with their business objectives and activities to ensure they adhere to and support PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
