As a Senior Quality Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our production meets the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities will include utilizing strategic methodologies, detailed statistical analysis, and tailored solutions to uphold our quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee quality assurance processes in CNC machining, focusing on multitasking lathes and advanced machining centers.
  • Apply your knowledge of machining operations, techniques, and tooling to enhance production quality.
  • Engage in problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes.
  • Utilize CAD systems for process enhancement, blueprint interpretation, and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
  • Familiarize yourself with CMM programming, particularly with PC-DMS.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of ISO9001 Quality Systems.
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks.
  • Experience with PC-DMS Software.
