Job Summary

The Rehancement Group, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to provide data integrity, research, and evaluation support services to the Department of Labor's Employment and Training Administration, Office of Job Corps.

This is a dynamic role that requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent data visualization skills, and the ability to communicate complex findings to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze large datasets using statistical tools and techniques
  • Design, test, and refine data dashboards using Tableau or similar software
  • Maintain Job Corps reporting portals and ensure accuracy of data shared with internal and external stakeholders
  • Generate analytical and summary reports based on new risk management tools
  • Analyze significant incident reports, behavior infractions, and similar data related to Job Corps' safety and security
  • Provide technical training and assistance to the National Office and regional offices regarding data visualization
  • Create visualizations, infographics, and dashboards to effectively communicate model results and findings derived from data analysis
  • Develop and implement data models and algorithms to extract meaningful insights
  • Identify trends, patterns, and correlations within the data
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Provide recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic decision-making

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with two years of related experience
  • Candidate's favorable result/outcome of a public trust background investigation
