Position Overview:


The Recruitment Analyst (Junior Recruiter) will engage in impactful and transformative work, spearheading a proactive recruitment strategy for professionals throughout the organization.

This role emphasizes the generation of diverse candidate pools, pipelining for essential roles and functions, and embedding proactive recruitment methodologies.


Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to comprehend business needs, meet hiring targets, and gather critical input for candidate selection.

• Manage the posting, screening, assessment, and interview processes for various business units, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

• Oversee the offer process, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of expectations.

• Create diverse candidate slates using various research techniques, including LinkedIn and internet research.

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders.

• Monitor and report on progress for active recruitment roles.

• Assist in managing the Summer Analyst recruitment strategy.

• Participate in ad-hoc projects as required.

Qualifications:
• 1-3 years of experience in full life cycle recruiting, either in corporate or agency settings, preferably within the financial services sector.

• Familiarity with one or more financial services domains, such as asset management, wealth management, family office, or investment banking.

• Proficiency with recruitment tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, iCIMS, and other Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

• A Bachelor's degree is required.

Skills:
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.

• Expertise in interviewing and assessing both technical skills and personal attributes.

• Adaptable and comfortable in ambiguous situations; capable of problem-solving, articulating ideas, driving agendas, and building consensus.

• Intellectually curious with a global perspective; high energy, driven, and ambitious; thrives in a fast-paced environment.

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Compensation Range:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $75,000 to $85,000. The final base salary will depend on various factors, including the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and may vary from the stated range. Additionally, this role may qualify for a discretionary bonus.
