Key ResponsibilitiesAs a vital member of our EU team, you will play a crucial role in supporting Clearspeed's backend operations, ensuring the seamless functionality of our global infrastructure and processes across various time zones.
- Oversee the performance metrics of Clearspeed's international network.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain network configurations effectively.
- Conduct regular system updates, backups, and maintenance to uphold optimal performance and security standards.
- Swiftly identify, prioritize, and resolve any technical or operational challenges to enhance system performance and reliability.
- Communicate technical issues and risks to internal teams that may affect system efficiency.
- Document and track technical issues and their resolutions meticulously.
- Ensure the accurate performance of Quality Control Section Questionnaire results.
- Assist in optimizing Asterisk scripts, SIP phones, and server registrations.
- Perform log analysis to assess audio stream quality.
- Analyze system performance data and prepare reports for management review.
- Manage both new and existing system data, assigning it to the appropriate server.
- Utilize a bug tracking system (Jira) for issue management.
- Carry out additional related duties as necessary.
The ideal candidate is dependable, well-organized, and possesses strong communication skills across all levels. You demonstrate excellent time management and prioritization abilities, capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Qualifications- Associate degree or equivalent in a relevant field, or comparable work experience; Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a related technical role.
- Proficient in Windows administration: capable of restarting services, reviewing logs, and checking for open ports.
- Experienced in Linux administration: RHEL/CentOS, partitioning, log file analysis, service management, and file permissions.
- Familiarity with AWS services, including EC2 instances, S3 buckets, scripting, and logs.
- Experience with Shell scripting.
- Knowledgeable in Asterisk: installation, configuration, dial plan scripting, SIP trunk registration, and managing outgoing calls.
- Understanding of network administration: firewalls, TCP/IP, SSH, and VoIP.
- Familiar with Zabbix system and WireShark for system log analysis.
- Practical experience with SQL installation, administration, database structure reorganization, queries, and redundancy.
- Familiarity with JIRA.
- Due to the nature of our US Government contracts, applicants must meet eligibility requirements for US Government security clearance. Must be a US citizen and eligible for a US Government security clearance.
