Personal Care Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Aide to join our team at Interim HealthCare. As a Personal Care Aide, you will provide essential care and support to our clients in their homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and nutritional intake.
- Provide ambulation, transfers, and range of motion exercises as needed.
- Assist with incidental activities of daily living, such as shopping, homemaking, and preparing meals.
- Promote a safe and healthy environment for clients.
- Document observations and activities in a timely and accurate manner.
- Age of majority in the state.
- Any training required by state law or regulation.
- Successful completion of appropriate knowledge (competency) assessment.
- Meets applicable health requirements to provide care.
Able to constantly travel locally from assignment to assignment. Able to constantly stand, walk, bend, stoop, squat, kneel, and reach freely. Able to frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
