Resident Support Associate

This is a contract-to-hire opportunity, with both part-time and full-time shifts available. You will be required to work at least one weekend day. As a Resident Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, facilitating life groups, and assisting with various tasks as needed. You must be comfortable working with individuals who are experiencing homelessness, mental health, and substance abuse issues.
The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, a minimum of one year of customer service experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. You will also need to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to de-escalate situations calmly, and strong collaboration skills. Additionally, you must be able to learn and work within multiple software systems as needed.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $20.00 to $23.00, as well as a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, and a 401K plan. Our benefit offerings provide employees with the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. In addition, our associates may be eligible for paid leave, including Paid Sick Leave, and Holiday pay where applicable.
