Company Overview: SourceFactor is a consulting firm specializing in data strategy and systems engineering, dedicated to providing data and security solutions for government clients in the United States.

Position Overview: We are seeking a qualified individual for the role of Information Security Architect, focusing on the implementation and refinement of the Department of Defense's Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) strategy.

Security Clearance Requirement: This position mandates an active DOD Secret security clearance. Only U.S. Citizens with current active clearances will be considered. Candidates holding clearances below TS/SCI must be prepared to obtain a TS clearance with SCI eligibility.

Work Environment: This role is primarily on-site, requiring attendance in the office four days a week, with one day designated for remote work.

Candidate Profile: We are looking for both Senior and Mid-level professionals who possess the following qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years of practical experience in security architecture, particularly focused on Zero Trust principles within federal government settings.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing ZTA solutions, including access controls, identity and access management (IAM), encryption, and network segmentation.
  • In-depth understanding of federal cybersecurity regulations, policies, and frameworks.
  • Relevant certifications are advantageous.
  • Candidates must have at least a DOD Secret clearance and be willing to pursue a TS clearance with SCI eligibility. Preference will be given to those with current TS clearance and SCI eligibility.

Important Note: This position requires an active DOD Secret security clearance, with the potential to obtain a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility. Only U.S. Citizens with current active clearances will be considered for this role.
