About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our branch team, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.

In this dynamic role, you will work closely with our financial advisors to provide exceptional client service, identify opportunities to deepen client relationships, and contribute to the development of strategies for achieving our clients' long-term financial goals.

As a Financial Services Coordinator, you will be competitively compensated with an estimated salary range of $20.04 - $23.43 per hour, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. You will also have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as 15 days of paid vacation time.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional client service and support to our financial advisors and clients.
  • Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and contribute to the development of strategies for achieving our clients' long-term financial goals.
  • Work closely with our financial advisors to develop and implement marketing plans and activities that drive business growth.
  • Manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment and maintain accurate records and reports.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficient in current office technology, including Microsoft Office and other software applications.
