Key Responsibilities:
  • Patient Check-in and Registration: Verify patient information, update records, and ensure accurate billing and insurance processing.
  • Phone and In-Person Communication: Respond to patient inquiries, schedule appointments, and provide general information about our services.
  • Medical Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history, test results, and treatment plans.
  • Collection of Co-Pays and Cash Payments: Process payments and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Office Administration: Perform opening and closing duties, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and ensure the efficient flow of patients through the clinic.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of recent medical office experience or in a similar capacity preferred.
  • Skills: Proficient in basic computer functions, ability to learn new software quickly, excellent customer service and communication skills, and ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
