Key Responsibilities:- Patient Check-in and Registration: Verify patient information, update records, and ensure accurate billing and insurance processing.
- Phone and In-Person Communication: Respond to patient inquiries, schedule appointments, and provide general information about our services.
- Medical Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history, test results, and treatment plans.
- Collection of Co-Pays and Cash Payments: Process payments and maintain accurate financial records.
