  • Develop and implement administrative procedures, policies, and protocols to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:
  • Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of administrative experience, with a focus on executive support.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • TS/SCI with CI Polygraph desired.
  • Experience with Defense Travel System (DTS), Federal Travel Regulation (FTR), and Joint Travel Regulation (JTR).
  • Strong teaming and collaboration skills, with the ability to foster office unity and cohesiveness.
  • Ability to independently handle a large, complex workload, with effective coordination of multiple resources and tasks.
