We are currently seeking a Accounts Receivable Billing Specialist to enhance our team.

Key Responsibilities: Accounts Receivable Billing Specialist

  • Provide exceptional care to each resident, demonstrating kindness and compassion
  • Execute business office operations under the guidance of the Administrator, adhering to sound accounting principles
  • Oversee all facets of the resident trust account (RFMS)
  • Contribute to the Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives
  • Ensure prompt collection and deposit of all payments
  • Guarantee adherence to procedures for accurate and timely month-end closing, coordinating the triple check process
  • Manage the Medicaid pending process, collaborating with families and assisting with necessary documentation and spend down

Qualifications and Skills: Accounts Receivable Billing Specialist

  • Experience in a nursing home setting is required
