Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Pipeline Development: Develop and implement strategies to build a deep bench of diverse talent across all levels of the organization, with a focus on leadership and frontline employees.
  • People Development Tools and Resources: Design, create, and implement learning tools and resources that support the growth and development of our employees, ensuring alignment with Din Tai Fung's operational goals and values.
  • Employee Engagement and Experience: Lead initiatives to capture the Voice of the Employee, including designing and executing employee engagement surveys and focus groups.
  • Leadership Competency Development: Define, embed, and promote leadership competencies throughout the organization to ensure consistency in leadership behaviors and decision-making.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Organizational Development or Talent Development with a strong background in data analysis.
  • Proven experience supporting frontline employees and designing development programs for diverse employee groups.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, tell a compelling story, and use insights to make recommendations and inform decisions.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with employee engagement tools, leadership development frameworks, and competency modeling.
