Key Responsibilities- Deliver healthcare services to patients both in-person and through telemedicine, adhering to established clinical practices.
- Support and supervise Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) at the clinic, ensuring high-quality patient care.
- Conduct comprehensive medical evaluations, including history and physical examinations, to assess patients' fitness for work.
- Provide medical recommendations regarding job accommodations to ensure safe work practices.
- Interpret radiographic images to identify pre-existing conditions affecting employment.
- Engage in the workers' compensation process, including providing expert testimony when necessary.
- Perform evaluations to determine fitness for duty and manage various occupational injuries.
- Evaluate and treat common workplace injuries, including musculoskeletal conditions and acute trauma.
- Document patient interactions thoroughly, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Administer first aid and prescribe necessary treatments, including medications and referrals for specialized care.
- Communicate effectively with employers regarding treatment plans and patient capabilities.

- MD/DO with a focus on Occupational Medicine preferred; candidates with backgrounds in Urgent Care, Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Sports Medicine, or Orthopedics are encouraged to apply.
- FMCSA certification for DOT examinations is preferred and must be obtained within a specified timeframe post-hire.
- Current state medical licensure and DEA registration in good standing.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with proficiency in electronic medical records.
- Bilingual in Spanish is advantageous.
