Key Responsibilities

As a Small Format Team Member, you'll be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for our guests, ensuring that they have an enjoyable experience in our stores. Your duties will include:

  • Providing exceptional guest service, customizing each experience and anticipating guest needs.
  • Ensuring that product is in stock, available, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor.
  • Executing daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals.

  • Providing support to guests as needed, including answering questions and resolving issues.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members. You'll also need to be able to communicate effectively on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment as directed. Additionally, you'll need to be able to work both independently and as part of a team, and be able to resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
